This is my second last place I visit in New Zealand before I head back to Malaysia. We drove approximately 4 hours or more from Auckland to Roturua, then drive to Taupo the next day for more extreme activities.

From the moment we enter Rotorua, the distinctive smell of sulphur together with drifts of steam escaping into the air are the only things you can experience in Rotorua. Nothing much to do in Rotorua but spa!

Dear blog, first and foremost.. happy 2011! Little too late to say that, but still.. this is my first 2011 post. I am sorry for neglected this blog for tooooo longggggg. My blog has been really DEAD. I have too much to update until I am tooooo lazyyyy to arrange all the blog posts. So.. today I have my blogging mojo to blog about my 2010, like finally! The first month of 2011 is drawing to an end though. Nevertheless, everything is going well, finger crossing for the following days will be the same as well :)

Before I start recall my 2010 happenings, I actually wanted to make a picture post, but I realized most of my photos are not in my laptop. So I am going to write a list instead.

1# I have completed my Diploma in Mass Communication, and now pursing my Degree in Corporate Communication. Being a student is fun! And I am enjoying.. err not? hah hah.

2# Travel to several countries.. such as Bali, New Zealand and Melbourne. Bali posts 1, 2, 3. I didn't blog about Melbourne because I drop by there for less than 3 days. Main purpose is just to visit friend, and transit.

3# Working holiday in New Zealand.. failed! As most of you would have know I've been living in New Zealand for the past few months. I applied for the working holiday visa after watching some travel documentary channel on tv. Since I am quite free after finishing my college, so why not. Moreover I have friends and family in New Zealand, double double! Eventually I did not work throughout my whole New Zealand trip, because can't find a job wtf. Since not working, then holiday lah! :)

4# First ski experience.. wohooo! New Zealand is a recognized international ski holiday destination. How can I missed it! I blogged about it here.

5# My first bungy jump.. in Taupo, New Zealand! Blue water, green forest, quiet river and powerful sun, how not to jump in such a great spot for bungy jump! I did the couple therapy jump simply because I don't have the courage to do solo jump, scary much can. If you are a friend of mine in facebook, you can view my bungy jump video here. And if you are not, see picture here only can? heehee.

6# Got to met various celebrities.. mostly kpop artists! At home, you rely on parents. Away from home, you rely on your friends (在家靠父母出外靠朋友). This quote is very true when you have a friend who work for event organization, only I get chances to watch almost every kpop showcase. So I have met JYJ, B2ST, 4 Minute, G.NA, Super Junior, Mayday and etc. More to come more to come! :D As for many people have been questioning how I can get to meet celebrity that often, here is your answer.

7# Got myself an Instant Mini 7s.. which I always longing for. The next item on the wishlist, please get me more and more and more polaroid films to play with this toy! :)

8# I won a laptop.. from Lenovo Giveaway at smashpop.net! With everyone's effort and helping hand, I got a laptop as my birthday present. Yippeee! Glory glory post here.

9#I am in a relationship.. a long distance one. Distance means so little when someone means so much. Thank you for everything, love. ♥

10# Make friends from people all around the world.. I like them! They are HongKies, Koreans and Japanese in this photo. I hang out with them most of the time when I was in Auckland. They are wonderful friend and I miss them huhu :(

Waiheke Island Trip!

This is my second post about my stay in New Zealand. My first time experiencing going beach during winter! The feeling is just urmm... indescribable.

Waiheke Island is an island located about 18KM from Auckland. We took ferry service sail to and from Waiheke, with trip taking 35 minutes from downtown Auckland.

1# Our ferry tickets, return fare is about NZ$22 if I am not mistaken.

2# On the ferry, we at first choose the outdoor seats.

3# But the wind is too strong, as you can see from my hair.

4# So we back to the indoor one, and entertain ourselves with cards and foods.
So happy that outside food and drink is allowed! :)

5# Sa-waa-dee-kapp by Ken and Ecquinne from Hong Kong.

6# Then, we rented a car in Waiheke so that is easy for us to travel around.

7# Our first touch down place, Oneroa Beach - The main beach in Waiheke.

8# We dropped by at the grocery store and got ourselves Magnum ice-cream. Why are we posing like this? Think yourself :P

9# Sad people including me have to abandoned by the rest because we were not wearing sandal on a beach!

10# So these are the happy people with their happy sandal on. Although some of them are not wearing sandal. *swt

12# We then proceed to our next destination - Pukeatua Reserve Trig Hill.

13# We were up above to see part of the Waiheke Island. We even can see Sky Tower from here!

14# And perhaps a nice place for us to picnic.

KIA ORA! (Hello in Maori language) I am back boys and girls! ♡
Here is my massive update about my snow ski trip since I am already back and I've been neglected my blog for quite some time. Urghh lousy blogger I am yes I know. I remember before I left to New Zealand, my uncles and aunts strongly recommend I must at least have a glance at New Zealand snow mountain. Therefore, we rented a car and drive all the way down to Mount Ruapehu.

Before we left, we had our lunch at Hell Pizza, which is one of the well known pizza shop in New Zeland. The interior of the shop, and of course their menu and leaflet/brochure are all in hell/evil theme.

I've forgotten what pizza we bought, but definitely it taste evily yummy-licious!

Okay back to main topic.. We took approximately 5 hours to reach our accommodation at National Park.

That's our 3D2N accommodation, our bunk bed.

I always like to stay in backpacker lodge. WHY? keep roll down and read..

They have fully equipped kitchen for self catering. SO HAPPY CAN. We even brought our rice cooker along so that we can have homecook food to satisfy our hunger heehee!

The dining area.

Including large lounge area with open fireplaces and large screen television and collection of DVD for you to rent. HAPPY CAN! You will never get bored in this dull place.

That's around the lodge area. The house in the middle is the kitchen and lounge area.

Can you spot the heated spa pools? HAPPY CAN. Soak yourself in the hot spa pool with 6-8 degree outside. Talking about satisfaction man..

Okay finish introducing our accommodation, listen.. that's the saddest part. We plan to ski on the next day we arrive National Park but unfortunately the weather was so bad! It rained for more than 24 hours. All the snow mountains around have to close down due to the bad weather. *thunder* Walao damn depressed can? So basically the second day we were just staying in to wait for the freaking rain to stop. SIEN MAX! wasted tsk tsk tsk.. THANK GOD the rain finally stopped on the day we left, which means the third day! So we decided to ski before we leave.

hah yea that's the mountain we going to ski! Mount Ruapehu.

Okay I didn't take many pictures while I was skiing because I left my camera in the locker.. We then only take pictures after we finish skiing.

BALI DAY TWO - Pt #1

After settle down in Bali on the second day, we then joined a local tour to fulfill our day! Basically they have pretty many packages for their local tour - bungy jump, water sport activities, jungle trekking and etc. We wanted to join the Batur volcano tour, but we have to wake up 2 in the morning the next day to catch the glance of Bali sunset, hell no TOO EARLY! So we pass that and take the bermacam-macam temple tour, including the well known Tanah Lot.

1# wake up in the damn morning damn stone.

2# Our breakfast provided by the Villa - mee goreng and porridge.

3# While waiting for our driver to arrive, I utilize their free online service to kill time!

4# Our personal tour guide aka driver of the day. Damn chun our Avanza has TV inside hee! We watched America Got Talent show throughout the journey.

5# On the way...

6# Here we are - Mengwi Temple, the Royal family temple of the Raja Mengwi, and now they open to public for visiting. 3,500Rupiah each entrance.

7# Tour guide explaining the history to boyfriend.

8# The temple is surrounded fully of lotus and lily flowers.

9# Following the pattern of most Balinese temples, Mengwi Temple has three connecting temple yards.

Aiyah I didn't take many pictures of this place because nothing much to see though. Therefore we didn't stay there long too. We then headed to another temple, again..

BALI DAY ONE - Pt #2

Hey dear! Can you feel the floating clouds in my blog :) Since I am not around Malaysia for now, I am getting myself a relaxing blog skin because my following blog post is going to be all about vacation, yes plenty one I guess.

This is the second post about my Bali trip, the well known Jimbaran Bali beautiful beach with luxurious cafe and restaurant. Enjoy your dinner with Bali seafood dishes while have a glance at the beautiful sunset with red orange sun, along with traditional Bali music and performance.

1# Frankly there are too many restaurant/cafe for you to choose and our driver recommend us - Melasti Kedonganan Cafe.

2# The food counter. Pick seafood, cook and eat!

3# Their Bali traditional dance performers during the night.

4# Then random people out from don't know where and sing a mandarin song to you then you have to pay them. Very con money wan lo!

5# BINTANG beer!

6# Boyfriendku very shy in taking picture. Look at his unwilling smile -_-

Overall, the food there was okaaayyyy. Just some typical seafood dishes, nothing extra ordinary. So didn't take picture of our foods. Ahh I actually didn't take MANY pictures during this trip oh wells.. This is a very simple post.

BALI DAY ONE - Pt #1

After a long long slacking period these and that, I finally have the mojo to work on this post. This will be the first post of my Bali trip! Yes I went Bali on the beginning of this month. I manage to get cheap air tickets from @MAS get-the-deal hee hee!

Pictures time for now! :D

1# @MAS lunch of the day - Nasi lemak and Murtabak.

2# Mini sea waves when going-to-land view.

3# Our accommodation for 4 days 3 nights - Uma Sapna villa @ Seminyak.

4# We actually book one private villa with ONE bedroom,
but they upgrade us to one private villa with TWO bedrooms wahh!
but they lock another room -_-

5# Our bedroom - King size bed.

6# Boyfriend being vain, not! The big mirror in our toilet and two washbasins.

7# The non-privacy toilet and super-huge bath tub.

8# Come along with living room, kitchen and dining table for 6 person.

9# and of course the private swimming pool! :D

10# This is their villa public swimming pool. I likey this statue!

I actually wanted the one with private spa pool because I don't think I will fully utilize the swimming pool lol. But then it was fully booked, so no choice we have to take the one with swimming pool. And lucky us got room upgrade not for 1 night but for 3 nights wahh!

Just about 5-10 minutes walk from our villa, there are plenty restaurants/cafes and boutiques all over the street, as well as Seminyak Square for the shopping spree!

Overall, no regrets for choosing this villa for our 4D3N as accommodation. They have complimentary pick up and to airport, villa staffs are very friendly and efficient too! Ahhh now I miss Bali :c

Before this I have ask around what background colour I should pick for my new layout.
Various answers they provided and I remember one of them said, NO PINK.
It doesn't suits your characteristic at all. Funny balls.

Eventually my blog layout now major in PINK NO! This is not pink colour for my dear readers information. According to the colour code, this colour called Rosy Brown. If this is not the first time you drop by in my blog, you probably know my previous blog layout is major in orange colour. I don't fancy much for orange colour. The template design just goes well with orange colour so yea. For this current one I seek for simple and tidy look. Do drop by some comment for my layout? *watery eyes*

Greeting folks! It's been quite some time I never really put some time and effort on my blog. To keep you update, I've already finished my diploma studies! I am not leaving college life yet because still have one last paper result to determine whether I able to complete my whole diploma syllabus as I just finish my one last final exam last week. But I have much confident for it though. *grins*
But the good news is.. I do not need to travel to college everyday,
waking up in the morning with grumpy mood, and doing assignments. bleh.

Yeah as you can see the picture above, one of my subject Commercial Design is now full course work mark, which means we need not sit for exam! *jumps around* So in order to work on our course work mark, our college held an exhibition for 2 days and us student group need to handle one booth to promote our chosen local brand to create a campaign.

Obviously my group use Yeo's as our promoting brand.

Look at our booth background with our re design posters for Yeo's.
Laptop is to watch our tv commercial production and web page design.

We even did a mock up 110 because we want to create awareness that Yeo's has been established back in 110 years ago. Enough information eh?

Meeting and parting is one of the necessary evils of life.
We have to bid adieu to our closed ones at some point of time or the other,
only with the hope that we will meet them again.
Whenever we part with someone, who see each other almost everyday..
The farewell is not easy. It really hurts to say goodbye to someone to them.

I am leaving college is less than one week time. 3 days to be exact. Tomorrow will be the last day I am going to spend quality fun time with my college friends. Following by 2 days final exam. Till then I don't think I am going back college, anymore. What's more, I am drifting apart with my college mates who I see them almost everyday in my past 2 years college life.

Sounds so saddening huh? Think no more, gonna rest well for the last hardcore in college tomorrow. I gotta feeling.. that tomorrow is gonna be a good day :)

Good day readers. I never thought I would abandon my blog for this long. Okay one week consider long to me already. I used to blog very often, like daily. Those time were... hmmm. Anyhow, thanks people for stopping by this blog. I will try to update more interesting post in the future :)

Weekends don't count unless you spend them doing something completely meaningful! Exactly! I always love it when it comes to weekend. I spent my last weekend with joy because I was working for Super Junior Concert in Putra Stadium. Not only free concert but I given a chance to earn some pocket money, as well as can see Super Junior members in closed up view like err 20meters? bleh.

So any plan for your coming weekend? Ching Ming festival is around the corner. I guess plenty of them is now on their way back, or already plan to go back hometown for this weekend. For me.. I am going back for Ching Ming tomorrow, waking up in less than 6 hours time and yet I am still blogging here.

I always failed in managing my own time. It's kinda hard for me to cope with my college current timetable because we only have 2 subjects and I even have night classes until 9pm. I know I always whine much about this issue. Well I just simply hate night classes.. and again and again, I just wanna finish my college asap! As if tomorrow is the last day of my college whee~

and this is my daily dosage of love ♥ Distance never separates two hearts that really care, for our memories span the miles and in seconds we are there. But whenever I feeling sad, because I miss him. I constantly remind myself missing someone gets easier everyday because even though he is one day further from the last time I saw him, he is one day closer to the next time I will :)

Life is getting better and better.
At the same time time flies like an arrow.

Happy happy days folks. It's been a while.. I being so vain posting up my self-camwhore picture heh! This picture taken on Monday, which means yesterday during my practical class, was dead rotting in the class that time. Somehow this picture looks creepy isn't it? Hand itchy I edited this picture with a bow on my hair too. I iz random shalala.

I am currently still in the happy mood, yes no? Oh yes definitely! Because my last semester exam result released and I am satisfied with my result. I am no longer in high school still dealing with PMR or SPM. College is all about CGPA, and fail or pass. That is it. So now I left two papers for my whole diploma and then I am graduate, from diploma only. hmmmph. Not so tension overall, at least.

My weekend was simply great. Who doesn't love weekend you tell me! I spend my weekend with my boyfriend during daytime. We msn, we skype, we tweet, we talk, we eat in front of the screen. We basically do everything together.... in front of the monitor screen. There goes my half day. When he goes to bed, and I sneak out! hahaha okay not sneak out actually.. I went out with my bunch for dinner and late night session. There goes my weekend, ordinary yet I am loving it.

By now I need to sign off already. Full class on Tuesday ZOMG from 10am to 9pm. How to survive you tell me how to survive in college for freaking long time. Urghh! Shall get some beauty sleep now :)

Greetings love. Sorry for not updating my blog. I've been busy with my current last semester studies now. 5 weeks time to go then I am gradually finish part of my studies. The time passes so quickly, for once I couldn't believe I've already survive in my bloodyfar college for almost 2 years. Everyday the same routine taking 1 hour time lrt to my college. Somehow I wish I could stay somewhere near college, or maybe rent a room nearby college so that I would not hate college that much, at least. I know I am not suppose to whine, but still yea I hate my college. Bleh!

My life is doing all good here. I practically keeping myself less outing ever since my boyfriend back to Auckland. He is the reason that keeps me stay at home so that we could spend time talking to each other through online and phone calls. Yeah that is the only way make us feel like we never fall apart. I am kinda surprise myself this time having a long distance relationship. Having a long distance relationship is always not what I desired. It may sound a little inconsistent, but I am glad that what I am having now *winks*

Talking about studies, I am actually getting my last semester result in a while. I can't really sleep this is why I am writing this post here hehe. Anyway, this current semester I am having both subjects which is relevant to commercial and campaign. The most interesting part is we going to shoot a real commercial, sound recording for radio commercial and organize an exhibition in our college. Hopefully by then we going to end our diploma year with a successful exhibition in college, and of course result with flying colors.

Just exact one week my boyf back to NZ to continue his studies.
This time I hate airport goodbye even more.
We were both really had sick butterflies about parting,
and I'm seeing him in another 120 days, counting down.

I watched him glide his heavy suitcases down from the car.
A man with a deep soul who is my shadow and my shield,
there he is my best boyfriend and eventually crying at the airport.

As I walked through the security checkpoint, we hugged and I cried.
I watched him walked off until he was finally no where in my sight.

Although he has traveled far, I'd always hold a huge place for him in my heart.
"You can reach me on an airplane, you can reach me with your mind ♥ "

My fellow mates came to airport to send him off too. So nice of them!

19022010 CNY Dinner with Team Supreme
Just one week back, I had cny gathering dinner with my bunch.
Although I see them like everyday in my life, yumcha and etc.
But when comes to this special festive occasion, it feels good :)

When it comes to typical food eaten during a cny reunion dinner,
this is where it gets interesting:

Fish - A must because it sounds like “surplus” in Chinese.
There is also this Chinese saying nian nian you yu,
“May there be surpluses every year.”
That is why fish is a must item on the menu.

Prawn - This seafood sounds like “laugh” in Chinese.
So, it symbolizes happiness for the coming year.

Dried oyster - The pronunciation of oyster in Chinese is similar to..
hou si, “good things”. May the year be filled with good things happening.

Vegetables - This is normally a vegetarian dish topped with “fatt choy” ,
which are black hair-like moss. In the Cantonese dialect,
this food item sounds like “prosperity” and is commonly served.

Noodles - They have to be uncut to signify longevity.

Nian gao - This is actually a brownish steam cake made with rice flour and topped with red dates. Nian means year while gao means cake but gao also sounds like “high” in Chinese. So, this represents a “high” year ahead.

Fuahhh my hometown reunion dinner dishes almost meet the every requirement of the typical cny reunion dinner. I loveee my kampung cooking.

Dishes on that night err don't really fulfill the cny typical food requirement,

Good day folks! :D

I am back blogging after the long Chinese new year holiday! I feel good!
How is your Chinese new year so far? My Chinese new year so far so good!
Mine was the typical one. *winks* Hometown food that that cannot be resists.
Frankly, I've gained weight during this Chinese new year. huat ahhhh!

Okay skip the Chinese new year part, let's talk about valentine's day!
So how did I celebrate my valentine's day since the first day of Chinese new year and valentine’s day falls on the same date. Fyi, my boyfriend's hometown..

yes yes I am no longer single anymore and I am in a relationship.
So this year I celebrated my valentine's day with my boyfriend :)

Yea my boyfriend's hometown is at Kuantan, and mine is at Bentong.
Same state but different city, so near yet so far hmmm. So yeaa the boyfriend drove from Kuantan to Bentong and looked for me. Lovely very much, indeed!
We then headed to Genting since the distance took us less than 1 hour only. Although just a very simple outing for both of us, but it is still a great chance for us to spend some quality time on valentine's day. Love loads ♥

Anyway, I wanted to blog about my chinese new year as well. My uncle and brother haven't send photos to me. So yeaaaa.. I believe pictures speak louder than words. A Chinese new year post without pictures will be less convincing right? I suppose ;)

You might already know I am having my final exam TODAY!
Today means 14th, Thursday, 2010. My first paper. *gulp*
So probably I would not update my blog that often mhhmmm.

I am feeling a little vain today therefore I am doing this exam facts post.
These following show what I need when I am doing revision for my exam.
They never failed to wake me up when my notes are releasing sleeping gas.

Hair pin! To pin up my fringe. It's very annoying, and itchy!
What's more, it cause my forehead more pimples! noooo wayyyyy.

If can't focus on studies, and you might get pms and etc.
Now you need a hairband, a rubberband.. to tie up your bloody long hair.

Notes and books of cause. Without them, how to pass exam?!

TWENTY OH NINE OF MY LIFE

Dear blog, first and foremost..
The happiest thing that I most looking forward in 2010,
which I am going to finish my diploma on May hah hah!
I can't wait to catch my dream after I finish my diploma.

I simply hate my college because is too far for me. BOO.
But my classmates always made up my day in college.

I have only few girlfriends, I swear.
Quality comes before quantity.
I always have them when I needed someone, at least.

Not forgetting my hang out buddies that never failed to cure my boredom!
They are just too happening, trust me. HAHA.

Then comes to the biggest achievement of the year.
I joined Nuffnang blogger community and I got to know many many new friends. I get to exposed to many outings, events, movie premiere screenings and parties becauase of this social networking. I am proud to be a blogger! heh.

27112009 One Day Trip @ Malacca
It happened last month when there is this public holiday,
we then headed to heritage town, Malacca for a day trip.

I was first brought to Malacca when I was in young age,
more than 10 years back if I am not mistaken. damn long can.

Alright, so shall let the pictures do the talking now :)

The Stadhuys, the heart of Malacca town.
or better known as Malacca Red House/ Red Square.

The Malacca Tower, Menara Taming Sari.
Featuring air conditioner revolving cabin,
which can accommodate up to 80 people at a time,
revolves as it rises from ground level to the top of the tower,
which visitor can have bird's eye view of the city.

Portuguese carrack named Frol de la mar,
meaning Flower of the Sea.

I am back after being crazy busy for my assignments. I know I've been abandon my blog for the past few weeks. and now I am back with my blogging mojo, marvelous I must say.

Last week was the most hectic week I ever had in this year. This is the first time I feel so stressed and busy with my studies. Wake up at 8.30 every morning and got home around 8pm EVERYDAY. I went through this routine for 5 days and I eventually felt sick. fever, coughing, diarrhea hell shit.

My frigging subject in my current semester is totally banana, a rotten banana. *slap forehead*. Whatever it is, I could not find a better description for this lameness. As an advertising student, I've no idea why am I having DRAMA subject in my study syllabus. Some must says, "of course you do, you need to produce some advertisement in the future." yeah right, I totally understand about that. But just let me crap a bit, can?

If you follow my twitter, yess I was down busy for my drama acting. FUAH sound like a very professional actress right? ACTING wor. and my frigging drama subject assignment is to produce a 30 minutes video to show your acting skill, this and that blablabla. and the title of this drama named.. "A Streetcar named Desire". For more info about this drama, please click here.

Alright, I know I should not complain much about this. But I just have to. I am one down to earth person, or I should say I am quite a private person. I don't really reveal myself to outsider, and I don't like to perform myself. This frigging drama enough drive me crazy as my character is a woman live in her imagination fantasy world, an insane one. FUAH! candiedotcom.. like seriously. I don't fucking shape myself into her character and talk, make expression, body language in front of the camera. This is crap to me! but I just had to. GRR is an assignment!

After recorded everything in front of the camera. Now I have to perform ONCE again in front of my coursemates. AHH see this is too much! I swear this is my first time acting, or whatever you call PERFORM in front people. This is why you will never get to see me standing on a stage, facing the human sea and do whatever the shit is. BLAH. But I just had to. GRR. Okay fine.

What is more.. let me tell you. My bloody lecturer NEVER EVER guide us how we should make expressions, or how to react in front of camera. Let's make it simple.. she never guide us HOW TO ACT in a verbal way. wonderful shit. Like I was born to be a film star and I know how to act since I was a baby until now. ftw.

It's over, it's over finally. I think I screwed up my drama play. What is in my mind was just complete my bloody assignment and yes just let it over. I seek for perfection but nah not this time. I am done with it. case close!

21112009 My Birthday @ Koryo-Won, Starhill Gallery

So I celebrated my birthday on my actual day, which was 2 weeks ago.
I know I am late! But late is always better than nothing right? heehee.
Shall titled this post as kimchi eat kimchi because dinner was at Koryo-Won Korean Restaurant at Starhill Gallery.
